Position Overview:
The candidate will
become part of an experienced customer service team supporting software products
to advance the capabilities and effectiveness of the logistics engineering
industry. This support will include, but not limited to, providing 24 Hour
customer service on a shared basis, onsite implementation services for new
installations of Global Concepts’ systems, documentation and product testing.

Qualifications
Candidates must have technical experience with Windows 95/98/NT/XP, Windows Applications, and networking (LAN, TCP/IP, IP Routing, etc.). Experience with SQL report writing, UNIX shell commands, and relational databases, is also required. PowerBuilder Development experience is a plus. A college degree in business or technical field (including computer science) is desired. The candidate must also possess skills in the following areas:
