Position Overview:
The candidate will establish and execute a new marketing and sales program for software products that advance the capabilities and effectiveness of the logistics engineering industry. Products include warehouse management applications, material flow modeling tools, wireless communications infrastructure and advanced application interface tools. Target markets are medium to large warehousing, distribution and manufacturing companies, plus consulting companies that specialize in the logistics engineering field. Strong market growth is based on increased interest in eCommerce and an overall industry focus on logistics expertise as a competitive advantage.
Supported by a top-notch technical, management and customer support team, the candidate will be responsible for conducting market analysis, designing, developing and executing a marketing plan and executing a sales program, from lead generation through contract. The candidate will be responsible for the planning and quality execution of his/her own work in a loosely structured environment. There will be significant (>50%) travel required, but office location is flexible, centered on either our Little Rock, AR or Holmdel, NJ locations.

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
Experience with specialized software marketing and sales
Knowledge of logistics engineering
Ability to initiate and drive a company sales program to success
Ability to interact extensively with all levels of management and technical staff both within and outside the company
Strong oral and written communication skills and formal presentation skills
Compensation and Benefits:
As a Global Concepts sales employee, the candidate will receive salary and commission based on sales results. The candidate will also be eligible for spot bonuses and annual salary increases based on individual performance. Total compensation will meet or exceed industry standards. In addition, he/she is entitled to:
